Policies and agreement
All our vehicles come with full insurance cover, including protection against theft, damage, and third-party liability. An excess fee may apply depending on the incident. Full policy details are shared at booking.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EcoCash, OneMoney, Omari, ZIPIT, USD cash and bank transfers. All payments are confirmed before vehicle release.
You can cancel or modify your booking at no charge if done at least 24 hours before pick-up. Changes made within 24 hours may attract a fee. All requests are subject to vehicle availability.
Smoking is strictly not allowed in any of our vehicles. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and must be transported in proper carriers to avoid damage or cleaning fees.
The minimum age to rent a car is 18 years, and you must hold a valid driver’s licence.
